A single-patient case report describes a prolonged remission with polatuzumab vedotin (Polivy®; Genentech/Roche) plus bendamustine (Treanda®; Teva/Cephalon) and rituximab (Rituxan®; Genentech/Biogen) in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) after CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy. The regimen is approved for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not mantle cell lymphoma, and its use in this setting remains investigational.
