Nicholas Lim, PhD., is a project and business development professional with over 18 years of expertise in protein science and 6.5 years of industry experience in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. He holds a Master of Science in Biochemical Science from National Taiwan University and has previously served as Assistant Manager and downstream processing department leader at GlycoNex Inc., where he led downstream process development for ADC and biosimilar programs and managed GMP technology transfers from 50L to 2,000L commercial scale. Currently at KriSan Biotech, he drives international CDMO partnerships, ADC conjugation platform evaluation, and cross-functional project execution spanning R&D, business development, and quality teams. His technical interests focus on site-specific conjugation technologies, linker chemistry, and CMC strategy for next-generation ADC programs.
