Step 2: Prepare to Submit Your Manuscript

How to Prepare
We're looking forward to receiving your manuscript. And to give your manuscript the best chance of publication, we have developed a publication checklist designed to ensure success. Before you submit your manuscript, please complete the manuscript submission checklist and, if necessary, review the submission guidelines.
Once you have successfully completed the steps in the submission checklist, we're confident that you're ready to submit your manuscript. To do so, email your manuscript to our submission editor.
A Negative Decision
In some cases our submission editor in collaboration with our independent editorial advisory board my not accept your manuscript for inclusion in ADC Review | Journal of Antibody-drug Conjugates. In that case, ADC Review | Journal of Antibody-drug Conjugates will not publish your manuscript. In this case you'll receive a decision letter from our executive editor. This letter includes the reasons why we will not publish your manuscript.
Invitation to Revise
In other cases we may invite you to revise your manuscript based on the suggestions of our reviewers and independent editorial advisory board. In this case you will receive a decision letter from our executive editor outlining some of the key points to consider when revising your manuscript. After completing your revision we are looking forward to receiving your revised manuscript.
Resubmitting your manuscript
When resubmitting your manuscript, we also ask you to update your cover letter and revised manuscript files and include a response to the comments and requests made by our reviewers and independent editorial review board. This is an important step of the resubmission process. To ensure success, please check our submission checklist with suggestions on how to provide a reply to our reviewers.
