Paula Miller

Paula Miller, J.D., is an associate in Finnegan’s Washington, D.C. office. She focuses her practice on several areas of patent law, including patent litigation, patent prosecution, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She has been involved in all aspects of litigation, from the pre-litigation and initial pleading stage through discovery and trial. Paula received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her Sc.B. in biomedical engineering from Brown University.
