Doug Chambers

Doug Chambers is Senior Director of Global Quality at MilliporeSigma. He is an accomplished quality and compliance leader with more than fifteen years of experience in U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated environments, served as the lead member of the host team during multiple successful FDA inspections, recruited, trained and currently leads a team of quality professionals supporting 25 pre-clinical/clinical biologics programs, revised facility SOPs to achieve an exceptional score on the Quality Systems Plan Manual to secure a government contract. Dough also established a technical report writing team that led to increased laboratory efficiencies, served as the business area administrator for the Learning Management System, and increased the compliance level of a GLP Bioanalytical laboratory by building and/or maintaining several quality programs (including: investigation and deviation process, CAPA program, incurred sample reanalysis procedure, data assurance process and self-inspection program).
