Prospective, multicenter, uncontrolled cohort study to analyze the efficacy of a risk adapted treatment strategy, including gemtuzumab ozogamicin (Mylotarg®; Pfizer/Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories) during consolidation, for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
